Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data Cliently collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, organization, role, billing address.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, session duration, device and viewport info (for responsive tuning).
- Lead + contact data: information you upload about your contacts, plus data from connected ad platforms and CRMs you authorize.
- Ad platform data: campaign spend, conversions, audience definitions — pulled from Meta, Google, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn only when you connect those accounts.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe; we never store raw card numbers.
How we use it
Your data powers the features you're paying for — ad optimization, lead scoring, CRM, automations, attribution, and reporting. We also use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the product.
Who we share with
- Ad platforms: when you enable Conversion API, hashed email/phone only (SHA-256).
- Subprocessors: Supabase (database), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Apple (MapKit maps).
- Never: sold, rented, or shared with advertisers unrelated to your own campaigns.
Your rights
GDPR + CCPA: you can request export, correction, or deletion of all data tied to your account at any time by emailing privacy@cliently.app. We'll respond within 30 days.
Retention
We retain data while your account is active. On cancellation, we keep a minimal record for 90 days (for dispute resolution) then permanently delete it.
